- Account & profile data: name, business name, role/title, email, phone, address, country, username, password (stored in hashed form), business description, logos/images, listings/offers, preferences.
- Messages & communications: messages sent through the platform, support requests, feedback, and correspondence.
- Verification / "badge" documentation: business licenses and similar documents you submit for verification/attestation, plus metadata needed to review them (e.g., status and dates).
- Billing & subscription data: subscription plan, invoices/receipts, billing contact info. Payment card data is processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- User-generated content: listings, offers, comments, photos, and other content you upload.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, timestamps, clicks, and diagnostic logs.
- Approximate location: derived from IP address.
- Cookies & similar technologies: to keep you logged in, remember preferences, improve performance, and measure usage.
C. IMEI/Serial Check (including "no account" access)
For the free IMEI/serial check tool, we may collect:
- The serial/IMEI you submit and the result returned,
- Your IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, and request metadata,
- Logs used for security, abuse prevention, rate limiting, fraud detection, and service quality.
3) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the Services (accounts, listings, community features, search, messaging).
- Display marketplace profiles/listings and enable B2B contact between members.
- Process subscriptions and payments (via Stripe) and manage billing.
- Review documents for verification/attestation and display related account status/badges.
- Provide the IMEI/serial check tool and protect it from abuse.
- Improve the Services, analytics, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, stolen goods activity, security incidents, abuse, or policy violations.
- Communicate service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Send marketing communications where permitted and with opt-out options.

A. With other users (B2B marketplace visibility)
Your business profile, listings/offers, and contact methods you choose to publish may be visible to other users as part of the marketplace/community. You control certain visibility settings where available.
B. Service providers (processors)
We share data with vendors who help us operate the Services, such as:
- Hosting, storage, and infrastructure providers,
- Analytics and logging providers,
- Email/support tools,
- Stripe for payment processing,
- Security and fraud-prevention tools.
They may access information only to perform services for us and under contractual confidentiality/security obligations.
C. Legal, safety, and enforcement
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful requests,
- Protect rights, property, and safety of Cell Dealers, users, or the public,
- Investigate fraud, stolen devices, IMEI manipulation, abuse, or security incidents,
