What is Cell Dealers?

Cell Dealers is a B2B wholesale marketplace and professional community for mobile phone traders, distributors, and resellers worldwide. Through cell-dealers.com, members can create business profiles, post bulk inventory offers, discover trusted suppliers, and connect directly with other dealers in a secure environment.

How do I create an account?

Click the "Start for Free" or "Register" button, fill in your company details, and verify your email address. Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes.

Is registration free?

Yes! We offer a free plan that includes basic features. You can upgrade to premium plans for additional features like higher posting limits, featured listings, and priority support.

Posting & Trading

How do I post an offer or request?

After logging in, click "Post" in the navigation menu and select "Offer" or "Request". Fill in the product details, upload images, and submit. Your post will appear in the marketplace immediately.

Can I post multiple products at once?

Excel bulk upload is currently in development. In the meantime, you can post each offer individually through the dashboard. Pro and Business plan members get higher daily posting limits.

How many offers can I post?

The number of posts depends on your subscription plan:

  • Free: Up to 2 posts/day, 60/month
  • Pro: Up to 10 posts/day, 300/month
  • Business: Up to 30 posts/day, 900/month

How do I contact a company about their offer?

Click on the company name or "View Details" button to see their profile. You can then follow them to stay updated on their posts, or use the contact button to send a message (available for premium members).

Verification & Trust

What does "Verified Company" mean?

Verified companies have submitted their business license and registration documents, which our team has reviewed and approved. This badge indicates the company is a legitimate registered business.

How do I get my company verified?

Go to your profile settings and upload your business license, registration documents, and any additional required documents. Our team will review your submission within 2-3 business days.

What documents are required for verification?

You need to provide:

  • Valid business license or registration certificate
  • Company registration documents
  • Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • ID of company representative (optional but recommended)
All documents are handled confidentially and used only for verification purposes.

Features & Tools

What is the Follow system?

Following a company adds their posts to your personalized dashboard feed. This helps you stay updated on offers, requests, and announcements from your suppliers, customers, or companies you're interested in.

How does the review system work?

After interacting with a company, you can leave a review and rating (1-5 stars). Reviews help build trust in the community and help other users identify reliable partners.

Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to "My Account" > "Upgrade Package" to see available plans and upgrade. You can also visit our Pricing page for details.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there are no contracts. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via Stripe. Billing is handled securely and you can update your payment method from your account settings at any time.
